Product: I

 My HP(1year old) laptop has been acting up for the last three days; the power light is on, but there's no display. I've tried a hard reset and followed all the methods I found on YouTube and still no difference, but since it has a built-in battery, I can't check that part.

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
