PowerDVD/12 keeps Crashing

I have software called PowerDVD/12 (came installed with laptop) that keeps on crashing. The software vendor (CyberLink) indicates that it's crashing because I have an outdated version of the AMD R5 Graphics Display Adapter and to install the latest version of this driver. I can't find the exact driveron the AMD website, however, and so my question to is: how do I get the latest version of this driver software ??

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

Please do not post the serial number.

Scroll down the page, find the W8.1 64 bit section and install the Radeon Software, Revision Number, Crimson ReLive Edition 16.12.2, File Size:  407 MB

That did the trick, yes. Many Thanks !! The AMD install was a little bit cofusing, but I gotthrough it. PowerDVD/12 is up and working just fine.
