Powerdvd Software

This PC came with Cyberlink Powerdvd [v10.0.x I think]. After a crash I tried to reinstall Powerdvd downloaded from the HP website. This version [v.12.0.2.x] will not install. The error message is about missing one of the following versions be installed in order for the Update to run. I do not have the original version. Where can I download my original version of Powerdvd which was fine?  Alternatively how can I install the updated version without this, please?

If the above version 12 doesn't work, and version 10 worked, then see if this works...

Apart from a minor glitch over Microsoft C++ the Powerdvd 12 link worked perfectly.

I had tried the sp63425.exe solution previously without success.

I now have a working version again.
