Hello!

 

A while ago I bought a HP laptop, and on it was some preinstalled HP software. I can’t quite recite the entire collection of preinstalled software, but I would imagine it’s rather assumable.

 

I accidentally deleted my operating system and had to reinstall it via a USB stick, but doing so led to instabilities and all of the preinstalled software being lost.

 

Is there any official way I can reinstall the software?

Probably you can download some but what is your machine because millions and millions of different models/products are out there.

Hello,

 

it's a HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg0xxx, according to the 'about' page in settings.

 

It has 11th Gen Intel Core i3, 8GB of ram and a 256gb Samsung SSD.
