Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is the worst purchase I made. It came with all the pre install apps. There is no storage to store anything. It didn't even have Microsoft Office and because of the installed apps I can't even install office software.

Every OEM PC comes with lots of preinstalled apps, including HP, Acer, Dell, etc.  You would find a similar situation on any other laptop you bought.

 

Of course there is storage -- as no HP PC comes with 100% of the disk space already occupied.  However you are looking at the storage is incorrect and misleading.

 

PCs only come with MS Office if you order that specifically, or if the PC specs actually state that.  Even then, today that is a Trial edition of Office 365 and that expires.

 

If you are having problems installing MS Office, then you need to contact Microsoft Support -- as HP does not provide support for non-HP software issues.
