Product: 14-fq1003cl

I am considering buying an HP laptop from Costco, model 14-fq1003cl. They have one on display in their warehouse but I could not find a utility installed to select a performance profile and thereby control the cooling fan speed. I do not need high performance and value silence. In searching the HP support site, I found a page discussing HP CoolSense Technology but it specifically mentioned Windows 10, 8 and 7. The laptop I am interested in comes with Windows 11. I do not want to buy it to find the fan noise unacceptable and end up returning it to Costco.
