Dear All,
My HP Notebook - 14-bs584tu came with a preinstalled Microsoft Office Home and Student 2016 and Windows 10. Suddenly my system got corrupted so i just format and reinstalled OS. After that when I am trying to reinstall Office its asking for payment. I also contacted Microsoft and they said I didnt have Office. I have to Purchase it. But it was pre installed in my laptop and a sticker is also put on the laptop written as "Microsoft Includes Office Home and Student 2016"
In that case what to do. ? Please suggest

MS Office 2016 came in two different forms -- one that you activated from a product key that came with it, a second that you activated using a product key you received from Microsoft.
Only MS has the second, and we do not have access to the first.
Unfortunately, you would have to contact HP Customer Support to see if they can assist you with this issue.
To contact HP Support see the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Goto this page https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
Case number and phone number appear.
