My notebook has preinstalled Microsoft Office 2016 but I can´t use them. When I try to open any word document it shows error mesege:
This action is only valid for products that are currently installed
I looked for tips on the internet and it can be apparently solved by going to:
control panels/programs/programs and features where you right click Microsoft Office 2016 and pressing change
When I do this it shows a window asking me if i want to let this application do the changes. I press yes but then nothing happens.
Can anybody help me please?

Sorry that no one got back to you about this earlier -- but that's probably because we here can not do anything for you about this.
What is sounds like is that one or more of the Office 2016 config files got corrupted so that the OS does not think that is installed anymore -- and the only real solution to that is to reinstall it -- and unfortunately, we can do nothing for you about that.
If you bought the MS Office version preinstalled on the HP PC, you need to contact HP Customer Support directly to see if they can assist you with this in any way...
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!

If you bought MS Office from Microsoft, you would have to contact them to download it again and reinstall it.
