Print Screen Button Won't work and Screenshots Won't Delete

Recently I cannot use the print screen button to get a screenshot. It used to work just fine, but suddenly won't work. I have check the previous solution to a similar question and it has done nothing.

Also, for some reason my screenshots I already have saved won't delete. I've tried using the delete button as well as right clicking and selecting delete but nothing works. I'm not sure if these are related. Delete works just fine for everything else, just not the screenshot folder.
