Hello! I have a problem with my Print Screen key. Sometimes it is working, sometimes it is not. When I press it, the blue loading circle next to the cursor appears. I checked all of the upgrades and keybord settings. I tried pressing different combinations of keys. I have restarted some applications, but they weren't a problem. There is an app (in polish it is "Wycinek i szkic") Clip and Sketch? I thought it could be a problem and when I press any option - it doesn't work. The screenshots are not saved in OneDrive app, too.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!
In my experience with the button, when pressed it takes a "screenshot", then holds it in memory (aka the clipboard). It remains there until you retrieve it! I like to use the old "Paint" program. Open it, then click "Paste". You can then edit the picture, save it, or print it.

Thank you for your help! I would love to do that, but it seems that the screenshots are not even saved. I mean - when I press the prt sc key and the standard editing tool does not show up , I go to Paint and I cannot paste anything. Like nothing was there.
I spotted that when I turn off and then turn the laptop on again the problem vanishes for like 2 screenshots and then it is the same - when I press the key, the editing tool does not show up and the blue loading circle next to the cursor remains.
