Welcome to the HP English Community --

Yes, you can print from a 5G phone as long as the necessary criteria are met.

For example,

Both phone and printer must be connected to the same network -- it is not necessary they are connected to the same frequency.

Phone must be running a supported Operating System / version.

On the Phone:  Location Services and Bluetooth must be switch ON during the initial connection.

If you wish to use HP tools, install HP Smart application on your phone -- the application requires that you sign into the application using your HP Account.

If you are not able (or not willing) to use HP Smart,

If the phone is a supported iPhone,

Set up and use AirPrint.
