Print screen button

Hi,

In the past I could always make a screen shot by using just te prt sc button. Something happened (don't know really what) but my latop was acting up and I had to reset some stuff. After that the prt sc didn't work anymore. Thanks to messages in this community I learned I had to use the prt sc together with the windows button. So the issue is kind off solved but is there a way I can "fix" this so that I just need the prt sc button?
