Print screen no longer working is it possible that I must have one drive activated, I recently disconnected one drive cause my laptop and my wife’s laptop were like one laptop and did know a different way for them not to share info!

You don't need One drive to use Print screen. When using Prt Scrn,

(a) System will keep contents on Clipboard,

(b) You can paste to normal Windows apps (for example Paint) and save the image on your machine.

What is the error message when you hit Prt Scrn?

Please try

Other option: You can use Sniping tool to capture screen
