I have just upgraded to Windows 11. I cant seem to connect to my printer/scanner and when i do manage to connect it is only until I restart my laptop. I have an HP Office Pro 6830 All-in-one. All my drivers are up to date. When i speak to Microsoft they blame HP and say the drivers for the printer are not compatible with Windows 11 and that i need to get HP to send me updated drivers. for Windows 11. Can anyone assist please?

I have an HP8710 OfficeJet Pro, and after updating to Windows 11 it will not print in color. I have also updated the drivers, reinstalled the HP Smart software, ran all the diagnostic options, realigned the printer heads, everything I could possibly think of The printer print dialogue box has changed, so now there is no option to select colour or black/white, or select "print both sides" I could find no reference anywhere in HP's database about a Windows 11 update.
Could it be HP is asleep on this one? Microsoft or Dell (my laptop) were of no help, directing me to HP. All I could find was the "Virtual Assistant" which no help at all with something like this and NO-ONE live to talk or Chat with.
WAKE UP HP!!! I HOPE YOU READ THESE FORUM POSTS!
