Product: HP ENVY x2 11-g011nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have two Computers. An HP 750 Desktop and an Hp Laptop. Both are running Windows 7 Pro. The desktop shows 4 printers when running HP Print and Scan Doctor. Two are HP and two are Brother MCF-J6935DW all-in-one devices. The laptop only shows the two HP printers. Additionally, the laptop is slow loading the Print and Scan Doctor application.
Can someone shed some light on these issues and give advise as to getting the Laptop to show all printers. I like the idea of seeing all printers and being able to test them using HP print and Scan Doctor.
