Your computer is an Enterprise/Business/Commercial model. As these are the consumer forums, I would recommend that you post this in the HP Enterprise Support Forums for better coverage.
You can access the enterprise support forums at the following link.
Best of luck,

I have a 4535S and it does this nearly every day. I figured out about the battery but I must do this constantly. If the computer sits for 8 hours or more (and this may vary, not 100% sure) I must remove the battery and unplug for just a few seconds. I do not have to hold the power button, just remove all power and it stars. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sawman70,
I am sorry, but to get your issue more exposure I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums since this is a commercial product. You can do this at http://h30499.www3.hp.com/hpeb/
Thanks
