HP Laptop Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I wondered if anyone else has had problems using Skype on an HP laptop. As soon as I try to Skype one of my connections, I get a message saying "Call ended". Maybe this has nothing to do with the computer. I have no problems connecting to other websites, sending emails etc. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello @HelenBT

It helps to always post the model number when starting a thread.

Is your computer this one...  HP Pavilion x 360 14-ba023nf ?

I know the "call ended" issue was rather common with the Skype App.

A work around for this was to install and use the Desktop version instead.

Or resetting the app might help.

Otherwise, you will want to ask for more detailed assistance with Skype on the Microsoft / Skype forums.
