Please post your Model Number or Product ID found on the bottom label of your laptop. We need to check what charger you should be using because your symptoms describe using an adapter that is too small for your laptop.
When using an adapter with an output lower than the one your laptop needs, it will power your laptop but won't charge it when on. It will only charge it when the laptop is off.

Just to add that you should perform a hardware analysis so that you can check if the charger(AC adapter and cable) and battery have any problems, and to do so, follow the instructions in the following link:

I dont have any problems with my charger or battery. Both charger and battery are original that i found in box with my laptop. I just want to know is there possible be a setting that turn off my pc when it shows "battery low" or its factorial

Does your equipment turn off when the battery reaches a certain percentage?
For this you must modify the power plan so that the equipment does not turn off when it reaches a certain percentage.
