Hi, i put new empty or recored disk and my notebook ignore it. It doesn't matter it's dvd or cd disk. I deleted old cd/dvd rom driver and installed new one, but it's still don't work.  Could u help me somehow? Here's some photos. Sorry for english skills 😄 ThanksUntitled.pngUntitled1.png

I reviewed your post and I understand that the DVD drive is not getting detected on your computer.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
