Problem with installation Intel Rapid Storage technology Driver SoftPaq Nsp110152 Version 17.9.1.10

I have a problem with installation of the Driver Intel Rapid Storage technology Driver  SoftPaq number sp110152 Version 17.9.1.1009 

Please help to resolve the issue as my  notebook works slow , As Microsoft told me to contact Intel  team but i think better to ask HP first as they should resolve this problem .

 

my processor Processor INTEL® CORE(TM) 15-10210U CPU 1.6 Hz 2.11 Hz

Yes, but what is the problem?

What is your version of windows?
you say that the computer is slow, but except with a little luck, that may not change anything!
