HP Recommended

Hi, I recently bought two HP - Stream 14" Laptop - AMD A4-Series for my daughters to use Zoom and google classroom. However, I couldn’t download and chrome. Can you please help me? If this continues to be the issue I would have to return both laptops as they don’t serve the original purpose we bought them for.

What are their models/products. Probably they only have 32GB of eMMC of storage and I don't think you can do much. Probably  you will get more trouble in future. Please return them and spend more money to get proper machines. You would need 64GB or more for storage.
