Problem with symbols on the number keys.

We just purchased this Laptop 2 day ago, and have had nothing but problems. yesterday 3 hours with a person from support. Today I was trying to type an email address but the symbol @ on the key that normally typed the number 2 gives me this ". it is on that key but in blue. Do not understand how to change it to normal white keys.

• What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
• Have you tried entering the @ symbol in MS Word, Note Pad or Worksheet?

The easy way to get the @ symbol on a Windows Laptop input press Shift + 2.
