Problema webcam

Buongiorno a tutti o un problema con la webcam non mi funziona più avevo formattato il pc per la webcam che non andava

dopo averlo formattato a ripreso a funzionare ma solo per pochi giorni. Adesso mi e sparita anche da gestione dispositivi

ho provato anche a installare i driver aggiornati ma non e cambiato nulla.

Ho provato a scaricare  HP Connection Optimizer ma non riesco a farlo funzionare .

Qualcuno che può darmi un aiuto. Grazie a chi mi rispondera.

Hello everyone a problem with the webcam not working anymore I had formatted the pc for the webcam which is not gone

after formatting it started working again but only for a few days. Now it has also disappeared from device manager

I also tried to change the updated drivers but it's nothing.

I tried to download HP Connection Optimizer but I can't get it to work.

Someone who can help me. Thanks to those who will answer me.
