Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hola buenas noches, resulta que no puedo utilizar el inicio de sesión con la huella ni con el rostro, dice que no esta disponible actualmente, siendo que esta con la ultima versión que es 21H1.
Que se supone que podría hacer, quedo atento a sus respuestas, desde ya, muchas gracias.
