Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Thundebolt device is not detected by the Thunderbolt control center. There is no port option for Thunderbolt in the Bios. The Bios, Windows and other drivers are updated.  There is no "set require bios to to change tbt sl" option in the Bios. The Bios config tool is also not availabe anymore. Are their any other options to enable the dock?
