My problem only occurs intermittently. I've been unable to determine what triggers it - it's not obviously because of an upgrade. Sometimes I am unable to type QWER UIOP or use the 'left' arrow. The problem may occur when typing in a browser or when using MS office. Sometimes I cannot type in one environment but can in another. Sometimes in the same environment (say a Word document) the keys don't work and then a couple of lines later everything is fine again. If a key doesn't work it can sometimes be made to work by bashing it had or repeatedly. It took me 10 minutes to type this. Since the problem is intermittent and most of the time the keyboard works fine, I assume it's a software and not a hardware issue. Nn of tnh sltioons 'v fund nln ks
