The SKU code is the Product Part Code. It is 7 digits long and typically starts with Y, H, C, D, L or B, for example H5L22EA. It is displayed on the packaging of your product. You can also find this code on your product by pressing [fn+esc] button; you can find it on the underside of the laptop once the battery has been removed and on the case of the desktop. It may also appear on your Invoice followed by #ACJ.
