My laptop system information gives me another product number and laptop model comparing to the dashboard. I tried chat option, call option and call me back option couldn't get connected. Messenger option could not help me. HP Support assistant on my laptop gives another laptop model. I want to solve this.

RCTO identifies the laptop as Configured To Order. Unless I am mistaken the R means it was done by a Retail shop.
It is likely the support assistant cannot tell exactly what is was built into the laptop as it was custom.
The product ID and the serial number are also important.
Go to the below site and enter your serial number to find a parts list, but it may not have custom parts. When it does have custom parts it may list them as options.

The part numbers ending in R means it was refurbished (repaired or resold as used)

I am glad you got it registered.
There was a recent name change for the parts lookup and the old name no longer works.
If you want to get information about your system uses your serial number and product ID here
question: Does your laptop show up when you enter the serial number in the above website?
If so, do the parts listed match what you have?
