@Abhishek1706, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand how important it is to regain access to your Microsoft Office subscription, especially after losing your laptop. I’ll guide you through the steps to retrieve your Office product key or resolve the subscription issue.
Important Information:
When Microsoft Office comes pre-installed on HP laptops, it is typically an OEM version (e.g., Office Home & Student or a trial version). These versions are often linked to the Microsoft account used during activation, rather than providing a visible product key.
Steps to Recover or Verify Your Office Subscription:
Check Your Microsoft Account for Office Licenses:
- Visit: https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Sign in with the email you believe was used to activate Office.
- Look under "Subscriptions" or "Services & Subscriptions" to see if Office is listed.
Check HP Digital Delivery (if applicable):
- If your HP laptop came with a digital entitlement, you may be able to retrieve the license via HP Digital Delivery.
- Visit: HP Support - Software and Drivers
- Enter your lost laptop’s serial number (if available) to check for downloadable software.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
