The error message in the image says:

"Could not fetch user configurations for Programmable Key. Please make sure Hotkey Service is running or contact System Administrator."

  • When does this error occur? Is it happening while you're using a specific software or application?
  • Have you checked if the Hotkey Service is running in the background? You can do this by opening the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and looking for the service.

Hey @AHNAF00,

 

I suggest you uninstall and reinstall the HP programmable key software from the Microsoft Store > make sure you select "yes to all" when prompted for privacy.
