I have Windows 10 installed on my laptop.
The icon of every file that I load has a blue mark which represents HP protection on the file.
When I select to remove the protection from the pdf files after a short scan from "HP Sure Click-Removing Protection" routine the system removes it and the file works perfectly.
When the file is excel and I select to remove the same protection the file starts to open with the scanning bar loading, but at the end of the scanning the file closes giving the message of "Time out while waiting for background analysis of this file".
All the files are secured coming from three levels of the scanning system in the company that I work in.
Does anyone know how to remove this protection completely?
