I recently purchased HP Pavilion Plus from Hp site with 2 year extended warranty and 3 years of Protegent antivirus support. I still haven't received anything regarding my credentials to activate the license. My extended warranty is reflecting correctly. I tried calling hp but the sales number just redirects you to IVR and the technical specialists don't know anything about this issue. How to get the email from hp?
And the bag I received from hp is torn. I want a replacement for that as well.
