Purchase prosessing for 5 days

Hi ordered Hp Omen on hp website 5 days ago .The money is pending from my son's account I have had no updates the original delivery was stated as today and the telephone number provided doesn't work .No updates no contact my son is Autistic it's his purchase with savings he is so upset and having meltdowns please help.
