How may I definitively put "HP Support" into the sleep mode ? It runs all the time, use a lot of capacities and I never use it. I can put it to sleep temporally but it runs again everytime I open my PC

Hi:

If there isn't a setting in the support assistant to not run at windows startup, you can run the msconfig utility, click on the startup tab, click on the blue Open Task Manager link, and disable the HP Support Assistant from running.

Then it will only run when you launch the application.
