The Laptop was buyed in 2012 new From Deutschland BW. All keyboard was working just fine until i was making some changes and i forget and cannot repair. I have very good IT knowledge but thise is tooo far.
All keyboard that are not working right now i think aren't working because I've changed Computer Language and keyboard language. I was trying to change them back many times but is not working, something goes wrong.
In the ROW of the flowing keys qwertyuiop[] that should work it happens like these :
When i use Greek language QWERTZ letter T and Y O { } are working.
In Dutchlanguage just ü +
And right now in English is working just [].
With external keyboard Blootoh everything is working Perfect in all languages possible put laptop Keyboard is playing with our head
Before i was updating BIOS drivers and everything.
I was using HP support assistant
and I've Done the followings:
Battery out from laptop and the Power button play , power-button + Sound-button, all keys used with no battery and with battery.
- Repeatedly press Esc upon startup
- Select F2 (System Diagnostics)
- Select the desired language
- Navigate to component tests
- Select Keyboard test
All Diagnosis says everything is fine .
But today i was playing with the languages as i sad and something somewhere is wrong but i can't imagine what.
Type of the Keyboard at my HP
With green are the Buttons that are Working and language that i use. Anyways in thise language Button With # as in picture near Enter it doez 2 characters simultaneously: '\

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
i appreciate all your efforts and expertise in troubleshooting this issue
Run the SFC scan First and then try changing the Keyboard Layout again. Link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4026529/windows-10-using-system-file-checker
If the issue persists create a New User Account, change the Keyboard layouts / Language and check if that helps
