I don't understand your question. You gave us absolutely NO INFORMATION on the laptop but then you are asking us if you are going to have issues with it. How are we supposed to know?
The only issue that comes to mind is that different countries use different power systems, some are 240 volts, some are 120 volts. Not all chargers are designed to use both power systems. If you plug a 120 charger into a 240 power system, you will "fry" it! If you plug a 240 charger into a 120 power system, it simply won't work. Different power systems around the world use different outlet plug designs, so it's pretty hard to plug the wrong charger into an outlet.
Other than that, I have no idea what you're asking.
