Question regarding returning a laptop (UK)

So I've decided to return the new Omen 5 as it either doesn't have Gsync as advertised or it isn't working and no one knows how to fix it, and get the Lenovo Legion 7i.

 

I have requested the return and got an email saying its being collected on Wednesday, but there's no return label to print or anything like that. Do I just literally hand the thing over to a courier? I've never done a return like that before, especially with soemthing so expensive.
