Will my hp still work fine even though hp pc hardware diagnostics is uninstalled?

Yes, it will work just fine.

 

That is just a utility you can use to check hardware if there are any issues.

 

You can always make a bootable diagnostics USB key by downloading the HP 4 in 1 diagnostics key at the link below.

 

The middle file under the Other Tools section...
