HP have been asked to return my laptop because of a genuine issue. I will be purchasing another HP model as soon as HP, has received the original
I will need, therefore, to remove all my installed software and save all my data and erase any passwords currently residing on the laptop.
Can anyone please help with a detailed procedure on backing up the data onto Microsoft 'onedrive' so that when I receive my new laptop I can just reinstall the data etc, after reinstalling all the software again.
