RGS RECEIVER HANGS WITH MULTIPLE MONITORS

I have  HP Remote Graphics Sender 7.3.3 .12135 intalled on an HP Z420 workstation. Graphics board is a Nvidia Quadro K600 Everything works fine as long as I only have one monitor connected (actually only one monitor enabled). If I try to log in from a remote PC when both monitors are enabled, then the workstation hangs and Windows is restarted. Workstation is running Windows 7 Professionall 64 bits.

I am curious to know if anyone else has experienced this and if there´s any solution.

Could it be a case of not having enough VRAM, or bandwidth? The Quadro K600 only has 1GB onboard GDDR3 RAM?

Thanks Brian for your suggestion. I wrote down the usual information including the graphics board but actually I do not have the sligthest idea of how RGS works in terms of hardware resources. What RGS does is to reproduce the workstation screen on a remote PC (and turns off the workstation screen, it is not like Windows Remote Desktop or other similar software). I would say this sounds like a software issue (i.e. maybe the remote PC should also have two monitors ???) When you mean bandwidth, you are talking about network bandwidth ? 

Anyway, of course If I could fix it I would, but since in this case both PC´s are quite near, it is actually not a big deal (I just disable second monitor). I only reported it because RGS is such a good software and this might help making it better.

Re-bandwidth - I was referring to the K600 cards bandwidth, not the network bandwidth.

Try setting the 2 off remote displays to their lowest available resolution and see if the issue is still present.

Remember that Xeon CPU's don't have any onboard graphics capability, so I would expect the K600 might be trying to draw 3 displays which would likely exceed the K600 cards abilities.

Yes, yes. Setting resolution of both monitors to 800x600 does allow me to connect to the workstation. And I am able to see both desktops remotely.

So, the solution would be a graphics board upgrade ? Any ideas on minimum Ram needed ?

Based on the fact that 1GB of VRAM was sufficient for 2 monitors to run, I would recommend at least 2GB VRAM as a minimum, but no harm going bigger.
