Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello to all the Community.

We have a problem with one of our artists who can't work with his own habits.

Background: Our artist uses a thin client (HP t640) that allows him to connect remotely to his Workstation (HP Z6)

The thin client runs on Windows 10
The Workstation runs on Windows 11

To connect remotely, we use Zcentral Remote Boost (version 20.3 Sender and Receiver)

Before connecting remotely, we set the following options:

-Set Sender display to match Receiver Display
-Enable advanced video compression on Sender
-Image Quality : 60 %.

We also added the VM mouse exe.

Our artists use a Wacom cintiq 22' tablet and an HP z23n G2 screen

The tablet drivers (version 6.3.44-3) are well installed on the thin client.

Problem: Everything is perfectly functional, but when our graphic designer, from his remote session, uses the "screen switching" option via his pen to switch from one screen to another, the cursor disappears.

By deactivating the "Windows Ink" option in the "wacom tablet properties" the problem is no longer present but on the other hand we lose the pressure of the pen, which is not possible for a artist.

Would you have a solution for this problem?
Do not hesitate to ask me if you need more information.

Best regards.
