HP Compaq 2710p Tablet PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Compaq 2710p Tablet has BIOS ver F.07, ROM Date 08/01/2007.

After trying to update to BIOS ver F.20, ROM Date 12/08/2011, I got the message:

"You must upgrade to version F.10 prior to upgrading to this version".

The ROMPaq for HP Notebook System BIOS (68YDU) - FreeDOS Bootable Media media image for F.10 is inside SP38981.exe file. However I am unable to locate this file in the HP Support Drivers and Downloads website.

Does anyone have any idea how to obtain the  SP38981.exe file or otherwise, how to update to BIOS ver F.20,  ROM Date 12/08/2011?
