Product: HP Probook G4 440

Hello everyone! Everytime I put my laptop's password, the next thing on the screen is RPC server is not available. I searched google but I can't do the tips stated since it is not opening (after password is the error thing). What should I do? Can anybody help me? I would truly appreciate it.
