Envy x360 13-ay0048AU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I have a Envy x360 13-ay0048AU with the Japanese localization. I got the Raphael 520 pen a few days ago and I've been having issues with the initial activation force and the pressure. I have to press very hard to make it activate. I have updated all of the drivers and  tried uninstalling all of them and then updating, and checked the HP Support Assistant for any updates. There seems to be quite a few people having the same problem.

Is there any way to change the initial activation force or other settings somewhere on an HP ENVY ay00xx laptop?

Edit: I have tested the pen on a Surface laptop, where it works perfectly, so I don't think that pen is faulty.
