Re: Accidentally Uninstalled Synaptics TouchPad

HP Recommended

Hi, can somebody help me please..?

I'm using HP Notebook F104TU on Windows 10.

I also accidentally uninstall my Synaptic Touchpad. I've tried downloading the driver from Synaptic website but to no avail.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Mesyong,

Welcome to HP Forums! I have read your post and wanted to help.

I understand that you need the touchpad driver for  HP Notebook F104TU on Windows 10.

You can download it from here:

Synaptics TouchPad Driver: Version 19.0.12.101 Rev.C

sp72846.exe

Resource: http://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-11-f100-Notebook-PC-series/7690607/model/9788115

Let me know if it resolves your problem.

Hello,

I was having the same problem so I downloaded and installed a driver from the HP website but now it says, "Driver not supported on this OS version (10.0.18363)"

My product is HP Notebook - 15-db0239au

and I downloaded Synaptics TouchPad Driver (Windows 10 v1903) 19.5.35.26 Rev.A from this webpage https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

Kindly provide a solution

Thank you
