Hello,
I was having the same problem so I downloaded and installed a driver from the HP website but now it says, "Driver not supported on this OS version (10.0.18363)"
My product is HP Notebook - 15-db0239au
and I downloaded Synaptics TouchPad Driver (Windows 10 v1903) 19.5.35.26 Rev.A from this webpage https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
Kindly provide a solution
Thank you
