Hello, my laptop have the problem with the ctrl key stuck. When I open the on screen keyboard, it show the ctrl key is being pressed. I have try to uninstall the keyboard driver from the device manager and shut down it,but it didn't fix it. I have also try fix it by pressing both ctrl button at the same time, but it also didn't fix it. So, can anyone please give some solution for this problem?

To assist you better please provide me with the Notebook Model or Product Number

You can refer to this Link: hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating the Product Number.

Meantime please run a Keyboard Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard

Thanks for keeping me posted

Since the Keyboard works fine during the Test, try updating the BIOS from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-ac600-notebook-pc-series/9329955/model/107618...

Also perform a System Restore to an earlier time before this issue started

- Select the Start button, type control panel and then choose it from the list of results.
- Search Control Panel for Recovery.
- Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.
- Choose the restore point prior to the start of the issue and then select Next > Finish.

Keep me posted

Thanks 😊
