HP Recommended

I added my product number into the recovery tool and it said that it was available. the issue I am having is I am trying to down load the recovery tool on another computer but it is sending me into a admistration loop

The next time you have a question, please start a new post, because now the person who originated the post is asking if you have the same model notebook which you do not.

 

If you are having problems downloading the Cloud recovery tool, I have zipped up and attached the cloud recovery tool installation software below.
