After the latest update for Omen Gaming Hub from Microsoft Store I can no longer see any of my games in the "My Games" tab. Only category in the said tab is "Google Play Games". I can link my Steam account, and after a refresh do get a notification that says app found games. I even get the "99" symbol over "My Games" tab on the left side, however it still looks empty. Similarly, adding games manually doesn't change anything.

Hi @nENOW,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like the update for the HP Omen Gaming Hub may have caused some compatibility or display issues. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem.

Restart Omen Gaming Hub

  • Close the Omen Gaming Hub completely (ensure it's not running in the background).
  • Reopen it and check if your games appear in the "My Games" tab.

Re-link Steam Account

  • Even though you've linked your Steam account, it may need to be reauthorized.
  • Go to the settings in Omen Gaming Hub and unlink your Steam account.
  • Afterward, link it again and refresh to see if your games reappear.

Clear Cache or Reset the Omen Gaming Hub

  • Sometimes clearing the app cache can fix loading issues.
  • Open Settings > Apps > Omen Gaming Hub > Advanced Options > Reset.
  • This will reset the app but keep the app data intact.

Check for Updates

  • Ensure that Omen Gaming Hub and Steam are both fully updated.
  • In the Microsoft Store, check for any available updates for Omen Gaming Hub.
  • Also, check Steam's settings to ensure it's properly configured.

Reinstall Omen Gaming Hub

  • If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Omen Gaming Hub.
  • Uninstall the app from Settings > Apps.
  • Go to the Microsoft Store and reinstall it.

Check File Locations

  • Ensure that your games are installed in the default or recognized directories.
  • Sometimes if games are installed on a non-default drive or folder, Omen Gaming Hub might not automatically detect them.

Check for Conflicts

  • If you have any third-party tools (e.g., game launchers or overlays), they might be conflicting with the Omen Gaming Hub.
  • Try disabling any overlays or unnecessary programs while checking the Hub.

After trying these steps, your games should ideally show up in the "My Games" tab.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
