I'm having the same problem. I tried incognito mode, used a different browser, and even tried from my phone, but still get the 404 error message. No matter what model I put in the search, I get the same error.

I understand that you are unable to use the HP Website and you see 404 error. I would request you to please follow the steps:

 

Try Different Device or Network:

  • Sometimes network issues are localized to a specific device or network; try a different device or connect through a different network.
  • Verify URL: Double-check that you are visiting the official HP website and entering the correct URL for support. You might want to access it through https://support.hp.com/au-en/products 

     

  • Clear Browser Cache:

    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, which can sometimes resolve issues with website access.
    • Reload the page after clearing the cache.
