"Dear HP Support,
I'm writing to express my disappointment with my HP laptop, which I purchased [29/04/2024] for ₹53,500. Despite proper care, it's required repairs three times, disrupting my work/study. I'm concerned about the frequency of issues.
Request: I'd like to request a replacement with a new laptop of the same model/configuration or a suitable alternative. If not possible, a full refund would be appreciated.

- Laptop model: [HP LAP 15-FQ5330TU (15th,12th)]
- Serial number: [5CD41054R9]
- Repair history: [23/7/2024-3,4 shorts blinks after repair they said motherboard problem [3/1/2025-same issue] ,[17/072025-no power no display]
